Prof. Adalberto Cardoso
Adalberto Cardoso is Associate Professor at the Instituto de Estudos Sociais e Políticos (Institute of Social and Political Studies) of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ), and Associate Researcher at the Centre de Recherche sur les Inégalités Sociales - Sciences Po, Paris. He has a PhD in Sociology (University of São Paulo, 1995), is author of more than 20 books on sociology of work, urban sociology, historical sociology, social structure and inequalities.
