Yenny Carolina Ramírez: Sociology Professor at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Her research interests focus on socio-economic studies, urban sociology, and feminist studies. She has carried out empirical research about the use of public space and common property in Bogotá, with emphasis on “popular economies”. Drawing on legal geography and sociology, her research explores the way in which citizenship is configured within different territories. Her aim is to expand the situated analyzes of legal geography to the understanding of urban problems in Latin America. Carolina is the leader of the study on Essential Migrant Workers of the Endure's Colombian Team.
