Sandra Gemma

Sandra Francisca Bezerra Gemma is an Associate Professor in Ergonomics, Health, and Work at FCA Unicamp (2021), holding a PhD (2008) and a Master's degree (2004) in Agricultural Engineering with a focus on Ergonomics from Unicamp. She has expertise mainly in Activity Ergonomics/AET (Ergonomic Work Analysis), Health and Work, Laboratory of Change, and Complexity Theory. She is an Associate Professor I and the President of the Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Council at FCA Unicamp. She is also a full professor at ICHSA - Interdisciplinary Master's Program in Applied Human and Social Sciences at FCA-Unicamp, supervising research projects within the research line of Sustainability and Social Protection. Additionally, she is a collaborating professor in the Graduate Program in Science and Technology Policy at IG Unicamp.
