Aniela (Nela) Partyga is a sociology student at the University of Wroclaw. Her main interests include social classes, symbolic power and workers' emancipatory movements. Currently, she is working on her Bachelor thesis in which she uses the class theory of Pierre Bourdieu to analyse the biographies of the members of the Inicjatywa Pracownicza Labour Union. Within the ENDURE project, she is involved in Cluster 2, specifically in the discourse analysis of Polish social media during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the preparation and analysis of the qualitative data from interviews with essential workers and protest leaders.
